Q: Are TV mounting screws included?
A: Hi A. Thanks for the question. Yes, TV mounting hardware is included.
Q: Do I have to assemble in the room or can assemble outside room and move it in afterwards
A: It is advised to assemble this unit inside the room it will be placed as it must be secured to the wall during the assembly process. This is not a freestanding unit and the anchors will not be accessible if the unit is assembled in its entirety before that step.
Q: Can this be painted?
A: We do not promote or support painting our furniture. Our decorative surfaces are finished with a clear coat that contains silicone waxes. These waxes are designed to resist adhesion of common household products like food and markers. By using silicone wax, paints and finishes will display adhesion problems that may lead to peeling, cracking and premature performance failure.
Q: Is there a media wall like this for a 75 in tv ??
A: Hi Taylor! Thank you for your interest in the Cannery Bridge Entertainment Wall. This wall unit can only hold up to a 70" TV. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a version of this model that accommodates a 75" TV.
Q: Is there a mode that keeps the light on with NO flashing of any kind?

Q: I have a 75" TV, but it is only 66" wide and weighs only 56 lbs. Since this unit is 72" wide, can i mount that tv to this unit?
A: Hi Bob, we do not recommend using any TV larger than a 70" TV.
Q: What is the total depth of the Canary Bridge entertainment wall including the shelf.
A: Hi Dee! The depth including the shelf is 17 1/2", Please let us know if we can help you with anything else.
Q: Can you attach a different bracket on the unit?
A: Hi J! I am sorry we cannot recommend using a different TV bracket as it has not been safety tested with the entertainment wall.
Q: Can you send me the assembly instructions? What parts come in box 1 and what parts come in box 2?
A: Hi Jolene! We've sent you an email with the assembly instructions. To make things easier for you, we've mixed the parts between the boxes for better portability. We recommend to open both boxes before you start assembling. Happy building!
Q: Do you have assembly team that I can purchase to mount this up ? Can I use my own tv wall mount instead ?

We recommend using the TV wall mount included. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend using a different mount as it has not been safety tested.
Q: Can one rest it on the floor without attaching it to the wall?
A: The Cannery Bridge Entertainment Wall is designed to attach to a wall and not be freestanding.
Q: What material is this made of?
A: The Cannery Bridge Entertainment Wall is made from engineered wood which is a combination of high-quality hard wood and soft wood residuals of other lumber processes.
Q: What is the true depth of the unit? The diagram shows over 20" but in looking at the picture the depth appears to be 5-10".
A: The overall depth including the shelf is 20 3/8". The wall excluding the shelf is 5 7/8" deep.
Q: Do you guys offer a TV bracket that is moveable? The bracket it comes with is flush to the wall, but I'd like to at least be able to tilt the TV if possible.
A: The TV bracket included with the Steel River Entertainment Wall has been designed and safety tested. I am sorry we do not have another bracket option available.
Q: Does this item already come with a tv bracket?
A: The hanging TV bracket is included with the Steel River Entertainment Wall.

A: The 430565 has wall panels that attach to the studs on your wall using 2 1/2" flat head screws. These assembly instructions have also been emailed to you.

2-Year Limited Warranty
1. Sauder Woodworking Co. (Sauder®) provides limited warranty coverage to the original purchaser of this product for a period of two years from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship of Sauder furniture components. As used in this Warranty, “defect” means imperfections in components which substantially impair the utility of the product. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
2. There is no warranty coverage for defects or conditions that result from the failure to follow product assembly instructions, information or warnings, misuse or abuse, intentional damage, fire, flood, alteration or modification of the product, or use of the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended use, nor any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care. There is also no warranty coverage for rented products or any products purchased “used” or “as is”, at a distress or going-out-of business sale, or from a liquidator.
3. As the exclusive remedy under this Warranty, Sauder will (at its sole option) repair or replace any defective furniture component. Sauder may require independent confirmation of the claimed defect and proof of purchase. Replacement parts will be warranted for only the remaining period of the original Warranty. SAUDER SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY for ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND and all such damages are EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY, such as loss of use, disassembly, transportation, labor or damage to property on or near the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
4. This Warranty applies only to warranted defects that first arise and are reported to Sauder within the warranty coverage period. The Warranty cannot be transferred to subsequent owners or users of the product, and it shall be immediately void in the event the product is resold, transferred, leased or rented to any third party or person other than the original purchaser.
5. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES APPLICABLE TO THIS PRODUCT. Under the laws of certain states, there may be no implied warranties from Sauder and all implied warranties, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE are disclaimed where allowed by law.
