A: All Sauder products are manufactured with engineered wood.
Q: How deep is the interior cabinet when the swing out doors are closed
A: It is 15-1/4" deep behind the large door and 9-1/2" deep behind the small door.

Q: what tools are needed to put it together
A: Hi Rick! The assembly tools required is a No 2 Phillips Screwdriver, hammer, tape measure, pencil, and electric drill with 1/8" or 3/8" bit. (Note, the drill is only needed on one step of the assembly)

A: Hi Doug! Thank you for your interest in the HomePlus Storage Cabinet. This versatile cabinet comes with two large adjustable shelves and two small adjustable shelves, allowing you to customize it to fit your needs perfectly. However, additional shelves are not available for purchase.
Q: Do the shelves on the swing out door have lips to prevent items from falling off the shelves when opening and closing the door?
A: The HomePlus Storage Cabinet has a small lip on each door shelf to help with storage.
Q: Where is the location of the fixed shelf?
A: There is a fixed shelf on both the left and side of the upright. These are both located in the middle of the cabinet. In addition, there are 3 fixed shelves located on the smaller door. One near the top, one in the center, and one at the bottom of the door.
Q: How wide is the cabinet with doeers closed. How tall ?
A: The HomePlus Storage Cabinet is 35 3/8" wide x 71 1/8" high x 17" deep. Additional dimensions are listed in Details under the Specifications tab.
Q: What's the maximum weight the shelves can hold?
A: The bottom of the storage cabinet can hold up to 60 lbs. total. Each door shelf can hold up to 5 lbs. The large and small adjustable shelves can hold up 25 lbs. each. The fixed middle shelves can hold up to 30 lbs. each. We do not recommend placing any weight on the top.
Q: How wide is the door that swings open that has storage capacity in it? Also can you change the left side to the right side , opposite if what is shown in the photo?
A: The swing-out door can be affixed to either the left or the right side. It is 14 3/4" wide.
Q: What are the widths of the large and small shelves?
A: The large adjustable shelves are 19 3/8" wide x 15 1/2" deep. The small adjustable shelves are 13 3/4" wide x 9 1/2" deep.

2-Year Limited Warranty
1. Sauder Woodworking Co. (Sauder®) provides limited warranty coverage to the original purchaser of this product for a period of two years from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship of Sauder furniture components. As used in this Warranty, “defect” means imperfections in components which substantially impair the utility of the product. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
2. There is no warranty coverage for defects or conditions that result from the failure to follow product assembly instructions, information or warnings, misuse or abuse, intentional damage, fire, flood, alteration or modification of the product, or use of the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended use, nor any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care. There is also no warranty coverage for rented products or any products purchased “used” or “as is”, at a distress or going-out-of business sale, or from a liquidator.
3. As the exclusive remedy under this Warranty, Sauder will (at its sole option) repair or replace any defective furniture component. Sauder may require independent confirmation of the claimed defect and proof of purchase. Replacement parts will be warranted for only the remaining period of the original Warranty. SAUDER SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY for ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND and all such damages are EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY, such as loss of use, disassembly, transportation, labor or damage to property on or near the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
4. This Warranty applies only to warranted defects that first arise and are reported to Sauder within the warranty coverage period. The Warranty cannot be transferred to subsequent owners or users of the product, and it shall be immediately void in the event the product is resold, transferred, leased or rented to any third party or person other than the original purchaser.
5. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES APPLICABLE TO THIS PRODUCT. Under the laws of certain states, there may be no implied warranties from Sauder and all implied warranties, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE are disclaimed where allowed by law. TO THE EXTENT ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE APPLICABLE, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY or the minimum period allowed by law, whichever is shorter. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied Warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
